ROBERT C. PRICE, ESQUIRE

Robert Price’s practice encompasses a wide variety of Civil Litigation matters with an emphasis in Personal Injury, Products Liability and Commercial and Business Litigation. Rob has significant litigation experience in both the federal and state courts of Pennsylvania. He also has experience in settling disputes using methods other than litigation, such as mediation, settlement conferences and arbitration. This experience allows him to effectively evaluate the legal merits of your claim.

In addition to his legal experience, Rob worked in a regional trauma hospital where he worked directly with physicians and nurses in treating acute orthopedic patients. While there, he gained firsthand insight into the nature and consequences of a variety of bodily injuries. Having worked firsthand with physicians and surgeons in a hospital setting, Rob is able to effectively consult with them to guide him skillfully through your case.

Rob is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association. He recognizes the value of continuing to build his knowledge in manifold areas of the law. This reflects his commitment to and pride in always providing his clients with the highest standards of legal service. He has developed a working knowledge of Food and Drug Law and authored a paper as a member of the Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI) that was published in the July/August 2005 issue of FDLI’s prestigious Update magazine.

Rob also seeks to be involved in improving the community through his involvement in community, bar, and service organizations. He is the President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the University of Utah Alumni Association, served on the Board of Directors for a local chapter of the National Hemophilia Foundation, is involved with ESL study programs and participates in a local mentorship program.

Rob graduated cum laude from the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, and received his J.D. from the Temple University School of Law with distinguished class performances in Trial Advocacy and First Amendment and received Dean’s List honors. He has lectured university students on corporate law, negligence and product liability.
